I am the mother of 2 cats and 2 unruly Jack Russells. I have been with the team since 2007 and despite all the grey hair gained I love the privilege of really getting to know my patients and walking the road with them. I have a keen interest in ultrasonography and internal medicine.
After qualifying in 2003, I worked in the UK for 8 years, gaining valuable experience in veterinary science, as well as pursuing my love for backpacking and travelling. I have two cats, Winnie and Melo, and enjoy cooking, hiking and reading in my free time. My special interests are soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
I graduated from Vet School in Vienna in 2010. I worked in a specialist small animal clinic in Switzerland before moving to South Africa in 2016. After passing the SAVC registration exam, I worked in a Lowveld mixed practice for 2 years. I moved to Durbanville with my 2 dogs to join Vets Who Care in 2018. My passion is surgery and horses.
I have been an animal lover, especially dogs, all my life. I currently have 4 little dogs, 2 girls and 2 boys, known as 'The Banger Boys' and the 'Ya-Ya Sisterhood'. I qualified 30 years ago and have experience in welfare and private practice. I love my job as much today as when I first qualified.
I started at the Durbanville Animal Hospital in 2006 after 7 years at Animal Welfare Society. I share my life with Jade, the cutest Bulldog in the entire world. My biggest passion is animals, although I’m terrified of moths and birds.
Grandmother to 5 gorgeous grandchildren with another soon to arrive – absolute joy! I am an avid sports fan and also enjoy baking and crossword puzzles. My 9 years spent on reception at Durbanville Animal Hospital have been awesome, assisting our wonderful clients and their precious pets.
I started working at Durbanville Animal Hospital in 2016 after years of working in pet shops. I have 2 beautiful dogs, Lucy and Sheba, and am adored by the cats in my neighbourhood.
